Natural Medicine Advisor

I graduated from Bastyr University (Washington campus) in 2012 with a doctorate in naturopathic medicine.

Bastyr University is a recognized leader in the field of natural medicine, and has both institutional accreditation from the NWCCU (a regional accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education) and programmatic accreditation from the CNME (the only naturopathic programmatic accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education).

Upon graduation, I completed my naturopathic physicians licensing examinations (NPLEX) and was issued a license to practice naturopathic medicine in Washington state (License #NT60309924).  I have maintained my license in continuous good standing since that time.

During my education and training at Bastyr, I completed a specialty rotation in integrative cancer care at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health.  I also conducted pre-clinical research exploring botanical medicine for the prevention of liver cancer caused by iron overload, research that was published in the journal Nutrition and Cancer (PMID: 28129008).

I am currently a Fellow of the American Board of Naturopathic Oncology.

In early 2013, I opened Wellness Working Group in Jacksonville Beach, FL, and while I continue to maintain a broad interest in naturopathic medicine, I specialize in naturopathic cancer support.  Specifically, I focus on the safe, effective, and evidence-based integration of botanical, nutritional, and mycological medicines, as well as lifestyle improvements, into conventional cancer care.

My primary goal is to help my clients use natural medicine to improve their cancer journey.
